Jaye - God has blessed you with a "cushion" to protect you, as I believe he's done for me. I'm sure I'm not ready to hear from my son, should he be unwilling to bend to be the gentle soul he used to be. If he's still an angry young man (and I cannot, for the life of me, deal with anger) perhaps it's best for him not to contact me. As I'm the only one attempting the connection, it may not be time for the rest of the family to contact him. I know his sister was upset at the concept of a contact being made with him.  |
