| Happy New Year to all, with Joy, Peace, Prosperity, and Love for our Creator! Ham/Scalloped Potatoes/green beans/Pudding with Rum Sauce....... yummmmmm Two friends coming over for dinner. Nice quiet one with the four of us. I like that! Bob's doing the ham (real simple - pre-cooked and just needs peach glaze and heating). I'll do the scalloped potatoes. Pudding is done, just need to steam and make the sauce. Easy peasy!   |
