I got it at the Steins Garden Center by Jeannie on clearance for $4.00. The tag says Garden Stars. It's on the east side of the house. It gets heavy morning sun. Mine also says zone 5 and I get a little colder here than Jeannie (and so I assume you as well). It is up close to the house which seems to help. I'm looking at the tag and how big it will get (guess I didn't really read that part). I may have to move it! LOL Tomorrow I'll try to get a photo of it to show you.

Mine are Garden Stars also. But mine say 2-3 feet tall and wide. Up by the house is good. Heavy morning sun may be the ticket but I would mulch with leaves real good by you. I mulch it real good here with the others.
Another hot one today I'm afraid. Not much going on here. Only 3 kids today and Broghen's Grandma is picking him up before nap time. Thursday will be my full day this week.
I have been under the weather. So much so that I told SU on Monday morning at 4:30 that I was going to need some help so he took me to the ER........they IV'd 2-1 liter bags of fluids into me. Felt pretty good when they let me go at 10, but about 1:00 I got a case of the shivers like you wouldn't believe, took an Advil for my pounding headache, and 5 minutes later horked that up. Thought I was going to have to go back to the ER, but then I felt better till about 9 pm. What a wretched night I spent. Not had one that bad since labor and childbirth. Not doing real great today either, but since about 4 pm today haven't felt too bad. If I can keep my temp down, headache minimal, and the ice augers from behind my eyes it will help. And I'm able to drink without thinking I'm going to hurl. Going to try some "real" food tonight soon. Wish me luck.
Anna, that does sound wretched. Sorry to hear you are so under the weather. I hope each day finds you feeling better. Those calves must surely be missing you!!

That is just to clever this early in the morning!
We had a small storm around 4:00 a.m. Thunder woke me up but I quickly went back to sleep.

Hope so............I counted 8 buds on WM yesterday, one more than the last time I counted..... Hopefully it likes this area better than the last and will open her blooms all at the same time.
Ric, they never did tell me specifically WHAT other than I was dehydrated. Whatever. Did say I "might" be getting bronchitis, which I probably have now so I took a couple of geltabs to quiet the hacky cough. also take care of aches and fever too, so I hope it helps on all fronts.
Pushing that much IV fluid and then letting you go sounded like it.
My nephew had summer football practice and a bunch of them almost ended up on IV's.
Very hot and humid this year.
I've been pushing the Gatorade hard this Summer.
Some days 4 bottles or more.
