Eek! Coco (about 10 months old) loves pushing everything she can get her little paws on off everything she can get to, table tops, book cases, night tables, etc. We happily live in an apartment and anytime after midnight, there goes the "thunk" if it's heavy enough for her to move it to fall on the floor. She loves her accomplishments. I don't! Especially during the nighttime. She's been doing this since I adopted her from the shelter last September. I love her to pieces, but it's time for this game to stop. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.
I see this is an old post so not sure if you will get this response....
Have your heard of the guy that does the "My cat from hell" show? He is real good with going into homes and fixing problems with cats and their people families. Often cat behaviors are reduced with regular play time. Maybe you can take 10 - 15 minutes at night to try to get the "play" out of Coco so she is ready to sleep? Look up the show online there may be some hints there for you.
Thank you for your response, Maridell. I just unsubscribed from this forum. HA! That's a good idea. But I live in RI. Would he come this far??? I'm home just about all the time. So we do play together throughout the day.
