You know, I haven't been in a clothing store in years...

but yeah, you're mugged when you first walk in the door, before you've had a chance to look at anything & then once you have looked & have a question--like how much is this, 'cause they don't mark prices anymore--everyone's on break. Rolling my eyes.

The mixer came today... Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

Freakin' Walmart is the worst. I'm typically pretty gregarious, but those greeters make me nuts.

LOL come over our way, Sheryl! Our greeters don't even say HI, or get the carts ready.

It's a deal! I only go there when absolutely necessary, but next time I think I'll swing a little east.... Whistling

Sounds like ours trained at the same school. And the guy tonight was wearing a long black leather trench coat... OK, this town has a lot of odd ducks in it, but it was like a sad version of 'Matrix'. I'm trying to remember now if he was wearing gloves... I couldn't decide at first if he was the greeter or had recently lost his wife & had never done his own shopping before; he was just kind of aimlessly standing in the vague vicinity of the door. Hilarious!

Well, except the guy was in his 50's... that's what made it sad. It was like he was trying to make a statement or be fashionable or daring and he missed the mark on all counts.

Hmmm, I can't really complain about the help at our local WM.....but then even the employees at our local Safeway are very nice. Actually, the people around here are mostly pretty pleasant....well, except for me of course. And my immediate neighbors. Probably put something in the water in town; we're on well water here. I'm sensing a common thread here... I was raised on both. I think that may explain my somewhat erratic nature.... Whistling
