Begonias & other houseplants on sale from Stanley's Greenhouse. This was one of the very few places selling plants, and it was mostly just small pots of herbs that were available from other booths. Hard to get your late winter greenery fix at the show without plants to take home.

my most wanted pot - if I had the big bucks (and a forklift to move it around!)

Pondless water features were a recurring theme.

The Odd Design Choice award goes to this booth, which shall remain nameless. Between the dirty brown water spewing from the log and the stuffed animal in the landscape, it didn't exactly say "Hire me to do your landscape".

There was a stuffed skunk in another vendor's display, so perhaps stuffed animals are a new design trend? Edited to say, there was also a stuffed Snoopy in the train display. Definitely a theme here.

model train garden by Mark Fuhrman - loved the effect for show purposes, although the plant choices would not work in a real train garden (A very common issue with show displays vs. real gardens. I feel a design article coming on!)

"The most serious gardening I do would seem very strange to an onlooker, for it involves hours of walking round in circles,
apparently doing nothing. What I'm doing is forcing myself to evaluate certain areas....
Only during these quiet moments does a good idea suddenly occur."
~ Helen Dillon, Irish garden writer
