| Lori, I have never heard of Neem harming a plant before. I really have used it on just about every kind of plant and on every part of plants including exposed and bare roots and have never had any adverse effects from it. Sorry but i can't help yopu with that one. The only thing I could suggest is diluting it more than what the manufacturer suggests. It's possible that they are recommending too strong a MIX. |
