| Some of our signature dishes displayed for a recent wedding reception. The little sandwiches are beef brisket in Ky bourbon sauce, served on 'Sister Shubert' soft yeast rolls. Then Louisiana shrimp dip on peppery endive boats, and on Old Bay toast points displayed on the riser. Cherry tomatoes, stuffed with cream cheese and bacon, chicken salad phyllo cups, and pasta salad complete the display, with Maryland crab cakes on Old Bay toast points just showing to the right.
