| I've been thinking on workshops I'd like to offer. Some basic floral design workshops are the first under consideration. One geared toward Holiday decorations, perhaps centerpieces, swags, and wreaths could be the emphasis. Also considering something in summer instructing use of garden flowers in designs for the home (...and perhaps elsewhere, some folks share their garden flowers for church altars or gifts). That one could include culture of popular cut flowers, tips on harvesting, and advice on varieties that perform best in the vase. Some gardening workshops would be fun as well. Next winter I'm considering a Wintersowing workshop- I think a lot of people would love the wonders of wintersowing! Perhaps some other basic seed starting and propagation classes would be well received too. What kind of workshops would you like to see taught? Or, if you have a skill or talent you'd like to share, what kind of workshop would you like to instruct? |
