Yes I have a beautiful, serene, isolated garden up there and when the pressure becomes to much, just quietly withdraw. You can populate it with whom you like and get rid of whom you like. As time passes by, trips become more regular but this garden I made when I was small. In certain circles it would be known as madness, in certain circles therapy, in some certain circles as a place for insights, inspiration and meditation.
The truth is, those of us who possess those inner gardens of serenity are those who can face adversity better equipped emotionally - than those who don't have their own inner gardens. Mine gives me strength.
