Nope write as much or as little as you want. Just keep it clean, and get your segment up as quickly as you can when it's your turn. We all have things pop up that make us not able to write as quickly as we would like... just don't disappear on us, and if you feel like you just can't get your segment out, let the next person know so they can start cooking something up.
I go back to work the 18th, so there may be times I can't get something done in a day or two, it's hard to tell... we might have a story that lasts a few months, or it may only last a few weeks... they really do take on a life of their own once they get started.
LeeAnne, it's not like a term paper... it really is just whatever pops into your head as you read what was written before you. I was just informed that the internet service to my home has been off all afternoon and no one seems to know when it will be restored. (I am at work writing this) So if you don't hear from me for a couple of days...
The joys of living in an area that has only one line into it with no redundancy. If someone severs the line...no services! So cross your fingers they get it fixed asap. It took 3 days the last time this happened.
