Those are really cute, Barb. I've been thinking of making something for our local animal rescue, but wasn't sure what might sell. I think those would go quickly, esp. made in trendy colors. Do you have a link for the pattern?
I have little confidence in any enterprise or business or investment that promises dividends only after the death of the stockholders.
Just popped in here to see what is going on only to find the thread has gone dormant. Time to wake it up I think!!!
Saying hello to all who may venture here and hope to post some pictures of recent yarn work....
Happy New Year 2016!!!!
Glad to see another being!!! Hoping this year is going to be a great one free of health issues and full of laughter and fun.
Crocheting a good old fashioned ripple afghan to wrap around me in the evenings. Fun to work on and feel warm at the same time...
I wish you the same, Barb! I haven't done any crocheting since earlier this summer. I'm kind of waiting to see what my first Grandchild is going to be, then I'm sure I will start digging into the stash of yarn I have. I'm hoping for a girl because there are soooooooo many cute things for a little girl to make! But, I'll be happy either way as long as it's healthy.
When is your grandchild due? It is kind of fun knitting and crocheting for babies. I have six grands now and have made afghans and quilts for all of them. Now what I am doing is knitting a baby set for the first child of each grand. When the grandchild gets married, I will gift them with a set from the child's great grandmother for their firstborn. I am making all the sweaters first; then all the hats, ect. I have already crocheted a baby blanket to go with each set too..... Keeps me busy!!!
