Those are really cute, Barb. I've been thinking of making something for our local animal rescue, but wasn't sure what might sell. I think those would go quickly, esp. made in trendy colors. Do you have a link for the pattern?
Thumbs up

Finishing up a shawl made of mitered squares today. Got to get it in the mail in time for my friend's 1 year anniversary of losing her daughter. I'll try to remember to post a picture when it's done.

Crocheting a good old fashioned ripple afghan to wrap around me in the evenings. Fun to work on and feel warm at the same time...

I wish you the same, Barb! I haven't done any crocheting since earlier this summer. I'm kind of waiting to see what my first Grandchild is going to be, then I'm sure I will start digging into the stash of yarn I have. :) I'm hoping for a girl because there are soooooooo many cute things for a little girl to make! But, I'll be happy either way as long as it's healthy.

When is your grandchild due? It is kind of fun knitting and crocheting for babies. I have six grands now and have made afghans and quilts for all of them. Now what I am doing is knitting a baby set for the first child of each grand. When the grandchild gets married, I will gift them with a set from the child's great grandmother for their firstborn. I am making all the sweaters first; then all the hats, ect. I have already crocheted a baby blanket to go with each set too..... Keeps me busy!!!
