Two years ago I decided to knit an afghan as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it but I've got one of the afghan I made for my DH last month  I noticed that every time we got together at my daughter's house, my son would hog her afghan so I made him his own for Christmas this year! Not really a "manly" gift but I knit it up in a really pretty deep blue and he loved it. So...Rick likes it too and asks when I'm going to make him one? LOL Grabbed some more yarn on sale and finished one for him - a late Christmas gift This pattern is really easy and using bulky yarn it knits up quickly!
